What are you investing in?

Saturday, February 14
I know, a Saturday email. Not normal.
But my question for you is, this: What are you investing in this year?
Not what you think you are investing in, but actually looking at your time. My guess is your work, your team, your family. All good things, but all outward things. All things that take from you (not in a negative sense).
What tends to be way down the list of priorities is ourselves. “I’ll get to me later. I don’t have time right now.”
How long have you said “when things slow down, I’ll invest in myself?” Years?
Here’s the reality: an investment in yourself is an investment in your work, your team, your family. And it’s something that doesn’t take, but gives. Which allows you to then be in a better place when those around you need your best. You get to pour from a full cup rather than giving people the last drips.
A couple of things I’m offering this year for individuals, based on work we’ve done with high-level leaders in a number of industries:
1:1 coaching. Monthly sessions working through self-awareness, self-leadership, leader health, communication, work-life balance, leading others.
Group cohorts. Same idea as 1:1, but alongside others who will cheer you on, hold you accountable and have a vested interest in your growth. Limited spots in these groups for maximum impact. You also get 1:1 coaching in this option. (and it’s cheaper)
These will be for those inside and outside of the sports industry. Oh, and if you’re a leader wanting this for your team, we can do this inside your organization as well.
If you’re interested, just reply to this email and I’ll get you more details. Send to a few others who may benefit as well.
Become your best so that you can be at your best for others.
