You have what it takes.

Maybe you forgot that. Maybe you never knew it.

Not because you're weak, but because life has a way of distracting us.
Pressure piles up.
Doubt creeps in.
You question your progress, your pace, your purpose, your potential.

You do have what it takes.
To get better.
To become the leader you want to be.
To build the culture you've hoped for.
To overcome the adversity in front of you.
To accomplish the goals you’ve chased after.

It's not out there somewhere.
It's already in you.
Now it's time to act like it.
