What others won't

🚨 We have something very special coming for leaders in sports in 2025. We are launching a community where those who want to get better, who want to lead the right way, and build culture the right way, can do it together. To run your race alongside people who understand your situation, your pressures, your opportunities. To learn from those who are on the same path. We will have live calls, Q&As, deep discussions, exclusive content, share best practices and more. And we’re keeping the cost insanely low ($199/year). Just for joining, you get our Culture Playbook. BUT, for readers of my newsletter we are giving a significant discount - and we’re letting you in before the live launch in January. If you work in sports (AD, coach, assistant coach, administrator) and want in, just shoot me an email here.
Strong people do what weak people won’t.
Maybe that sounds offensive to you. Maybe that sounds too harsh. But play it out in your life.
Strong people have the hard conversations. Weak people don’t.
Strong people take ownership of their growth. Weak people don’t.
Strong people overcome adversity. Weak people don’t.
If you embrace this phrase, you will get better. Because in every difficult situation, in every moment where fear gets loud, in every moment where comfort is calling, you can make a choice. To be strong or to be weak. To do what needs to be done or make excuse.
To get better is a choice. Do what others won’t.
