What's it costing you?

Wednesday, January 15

To help you/your team launch into 2025 with intention, I’m offering half off my virtual team sessions in January. These will be 1 hour sessions with your team, covering your pick of topic: leadership, mindset, communication, overcoming adversity, the process of greatness. More than twenty teams across a variety of industries have already claimed spots. If you’re interested, just shoot me an email here.

And if you’re a leader in sports, be sure to join our new community here.

What is it costing you?

To not be the leader you want to be?
To not be as healthy as you want to be?
To not be as skilled as you want to be?
To not be as resilient as you want to be?
To not be as disciplined as you want to be?
To not be as ______ as you want to be?

What is it costing you? Influence? Impact? Money? Relationships? Presence? Growth? Productivity?

We always count the cost of what it will take for us to get better, yet we ignore what it’s costing us to not be better. And that cost far outweighs whatever it will cost you to become who you want and need to be.

The cost of getting better is always worth it. The cost of not getting better is never worth it. Proceed accordingly.
