You are who you are when things are difficult. When it will cost you to tell the truth, do the hard work, live a high standard, act on your values, care more. When the easy thing would be to back away rather than show up on purpose.

You say you have a standard. You say you have values. You say you want it.

Prove it when it’s difficult.
