Who will you be?

Thursday, December 3

Apparently I’ve forgotten how to properly schedule an email. We’ll blame it on a Thanksgiving hangover. Or, more likely, just simple user error. More coffee, please.

Here’s a question I’ve been asking people the last couple of weeks:

What do you want to be known for in 2026?
As a leader, what do you want to be known for?
As an employee/teammate, what do you want to be known for?
As a spouse/partner?
As a parent?

How do you want people who matter the most to describe you 12 months from now?

Now, what must you consistently do in 2026 to become that person?

Reputation isn’t random.
It’s built brick by brick, habit by habit, day after day.

Actions flow from identity.
When you decide to see yourself as that version of you now, you’ll start acting like them.
And when you act like that person long enough, that’s exactly who you become.

Intentional > Accidental
