Win today

In order to win the day you have to define what a win looks like. Otherwise you get to the end of the day only focusing on what went wrong, wondering if you even made progress.

What are three things you can do today that would make today a win? Don’t overcomplicate them or make them out of your control. “Lose 3lbs” isn’t something you can control. “Eating a healthy lunch” is within your control. It could be as simple as going for a walk, calling a friend or dinner with your family.

Write them down and then commit to them. At the end of the day go back to your list. If you completed those 3 things, today was a win. It doesn’t matter what else happened, it’s a win. Do that every day and you’ll find yourself stacking wins and making progress.
