Work and success

All virtual sessions (60 minutes) booked in December and January are half off - this is through BETTER as well as me personally (for my non-sports teams/org readers). The session doesn’t have to be in December or January, just booked during those months. Just reply to this email to lock it in.
Also, for the men, I’m doing a personal 6 month NO DRIFT cohort to help you develop discipline and direction. Limited spots. Reply for info.

Maybe you put in the work this year. Maybe you gave the effort. Maybe you became more disciplined, more committed, more consistent. Maybe you finally dialed in your mindset.
And you still didn’t win.
The bad news: The work doesn’t guarantee specific success.
The most talented team doesn’t always lift the trophy. The best employee doesn’t always get the promotion.
We know this is true, but we hate admitting it when it applies to us.
But just because you didn’t get the specific "win" you wanted doesn’t mean you lost. In fact, you racked up a different kind of scoreboard.
You became disciplined. You became consistent. You became the kind of person who shows up even when nobody is watching.
You became a better version of you and positioned yourself for a better tomorrow.
Don’t discount the effort just because you limited what success looks like.
The work always works.
