Yes days

Friday, October 2
Getting better is rarely as complicated as we think it is.
What do you want?
What do you need to today to get closer to what you want? Simplify it with 1-2 things.
At the end of the day:
Did you do what you needed to do to get closer to what you want?
The goal is to say “yes” at the end of as many days as possible. Will you make a lot of progress with a “yes” at the end of every day for a week? Maybe not but you are developing the skill of consistency - which is huge. But when you stack “yes” days for a month? Progress. 6 months? Game changer.
We tend to overcomplicate getting better when it really boils down to consistently doing what we know we need to do.
Progress is a process. Say yes to the process each day.
